Electrical Design & Development Engineer
Due to business growth, we wish to recruit an Electrical Engineer for a wide ranging role within our Ware Engineering Department. The main areas of responsibility are electrical design and technical support for our range of specialist distribution and protection assemblies. Suitable candidate will possess: an electrical qualification; a working knowledge of BS7671; a confident outgoing personality; excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced in the use of AutoCAD and MS Office. Transformer and mechanical design experience would be a positive advantage.

Quality Manager
Based at our main manufacturing site in Ware, Hertfordshire, you will be fully responsible for the small team running the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) at our Ware and Crayford manufacturing locations and Wakefield Customer Service Centre.
Our QMS is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 via LRQA. Maintaining the high quality level of the Company’s products and improving customer service levels are viewed as key Company objectives and the position has a direct reporting line to the Managing Director.
The position also carries responsibility for Health & Safety and Environmental policy at all Company locations. Relevant training in these areas will be provided if necessary.
In addition to formal QA training and practical experience as a Lead Assessor, you should also have a strong manufacturing industry background, preferably in electrical assembly or enclosure fabrication. High levels of commercial awareness and a genuine desire to attain 100% customer satisfaction are also essential requirements.
