8W 100A IP66 DP MCB Distribution Board with RCBOs

Double pole, heavy duty, IP66, equipped MCB distribution board designed for operation on a 110V single-phase Reduced Low Voltage supply.

Enclosure
Robust sheet steel enclosure of seam welded construction providing protection to IP66. The enclosure incorporates a side hinged, padlockable door, removable top and bottom gland plates and external fixing lugs. The enclosure is protected against corrosion by a high quality, outdoor finish comprising of a zinc phosphate pre-treatment followed by electrostatically applied and oven dried polyester powder paint, shade Dark Admiralty Grey (BS 4800 shade 18B25). For corrosive environments enclosures can be fabricated from stainless steel, which will greatly extend the working life of the product. Please contact us for details.

Main Switch
Fitted with a 100A 2P Schneider switch disconnector.

Distribution
Fitted with 8 no. 16A double-pole ABB 110V 30mA RCBOs providing C curve MCB protection and Type A RCD protection. The incorporation of RCBOs ensures compliance with the 5 second disconnection time for RLV circuits (with conventionally sized load conductors). Space is provided for an additional RCBO to be fitted.
