Combined CT Chamber and RCD, Free-standing

All Insulated Site Intake Assembly designed for Temporary Builders Supplies, combining a 400A CT Chamber and RCD, pre-assembled for quick and easy installation on site.

Enclosure
Free-standing ISIA series enclosure, made from GRP and fitted with a wooden backboard. The enclosure incorporates lifting bracketry, side hinged padlockable double doors and internal floor fixing points (to secure the enclosure in position). The external colour of the enclosure is bright red (Vermilion, RAL 2002) and the internal colour is White. The enclosure incorporates “mouse holes” at ground level to enable surface run cables to enter and exit the enclosure.
Overall dimensions :2020H x 1590W x 572D mm.

CT Chamber
All-insulated, sealable enclosure supplied complete with Meter Test Block, CT Links and shelves, potential fuses, polycarbonate inset panel and insulated mounting plate.

Interconnection
Fitted with tails rated at 400A (including neutral conductor) linking the CT Chamber Compartment to the RCD Compartment.

MCCB / RCD
Comprising of an all-insulated compartment fitted with a 400A 4P MCCB with a 50 kA breaking capacity and a Type A RCD adjustable from 0.1A to 30A sensitivity and 0 to 10 seconds time delay. The live side MCCB terminals are shrouded to IP2X and the MCCB / RCD compartment also incorporates a full size, polycarbonate inset panel.

Terminations
The load side of the MCCB / RCD is pre-wired to M12 stud terminals and a steel cable glanding box is incorporated.
