Blakley Combined CT Chamber and MCCB with RCD protection. This assembly has been specifically developed for Temporary Builders Supplies supplied by SSE and combines an 800A CT Chamber and MCCB / RCD, pre-assembled for quick and easy installation on site.

Blakley CT Chamber rated at 800A, configured for bottom cable entry. The main chamber is of all insulated construction, sealable and supplied complete with removable CT Links and shelves, potential fuses, polycarbonate inset panel, insulated back plate, a wooden cable clamp and removable neutral earth link. The incoming termination arrangement is in accordance with SSE drawing HO/65/037 (version 3) and enables up to 7 no. single core cables to be terminated via 2 or 4 hole fixing lugs.
Fitted with solid bars rated at 800A (including neutral conductor) linking the CT Chamber Compartment to the RCD Compartment.
MCCB / RCD Protection
Comprising of an all-insulated compartment fitted with an NS800N 800A 4P MCCB with shunt trip working in conjunction with an adjustable time and current Modular Residual Current Device, Type A. The MRCD sensitivity adjustment range is 0.3A to 30A and the time delay range is 0 to 10 seconds. The MCCB has a 50 kA breaking capacity and is fitted with a Micrologic 2 trip providing overcurrent and short circuit protection. The live side MCCB terminals are shrouded to IP2X and the MCCB compartment also incorporates a full size, polycarbonate inset panel.
The load side of the MCCB is pre-wired to M12 stud terminals (bottom cable exit).
