Blakley Electrics Event products are designed to address the key industry requirements of providing very high levels of electrical protection coupled with rapid installation times and safe, easy handling between venues. Our Event products range from free-standing, high current, steel distribution assemblies with plug-in connections up to 630A and hard wired connections at higher current ratings, through to portable, plug-in sub-distribution and final distribution asemblies manufactured from a variety of insulated materials. We also manufacture Automatic Mains Failure panels for the Event sector and can supply all associated single-core and multi-core interconnecting extension leads.
To reduce physical damage, assemblies can be mounted within crash frames, which also incorporate Hi-Ab lifting points and Fork Lift pockets to aid handling. To facilitate the safe use of mains voltage flexible cables, RCD protection is widely deployed and variable sensitivity devices can be incorporated, with or without key switch by-pass.
