Spreader box with bolt-on cover, to increase cabling room, fits to top or bottom of 125A and 200A IP66 distribution board. This is a factory fitted option.

Spreader box, IP66, designed to be fitted to the top and / or bottom of a Blakley Electrics, heavy duty, 125A and 200A, TP&N, MCB distribution board or multi-service MCB distribution board. The spreader box increases the cabling distance from the gland plate to the incoming terminals or outgoing devices.

Please note: Spreader Boxes are factory fit items and cannot be purchased as loose items for the installer to fit.

Enclosure
Robust sheet steel enclosure of seam welded construction providing protection to IP66. The enclosure incorporates a bolt-on front cover and external fixing lugs. The enclosure is protected against corrosion by a high quality, outdoor finish comprising of a zinc phosphate pre-treatment followed by electrostatically applied and oven dried polyester powder paint, shade Dark Admiralty Grey (BS 4800 shade 18B25).
For corrosive environments enclosures can be fabricated from stainless steel, which will greatly extend the working life of the product. Please contact us for details.
Enclosure dimensions: 378H x 480W x 239D mm (plus external fixing lugs).
