Multi-service 4W 125A IP66 TP&N MCB Distribution Board with additional DIN Rail

Heavy duty, IP66, three-phase and neutral, multi-service MCB distribution board manufactured in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 61439-3. The assembly also incorporates unequipped DIN rail, which can be fitted with a range of control and protection devices, including MCBs rated up to 100A fed from terminal blocks mounted within the pan.

Enclosure
Robust sheet steel enclosure of seam welded construction providing protection to IP66. The enclosure incorporates a side hinged, key lockable and padlockable door, removable top and bottom gland plates and external fixing lugs. The enclosure is protected against corrosion by a high quality, outdoor finish comprising of a zinc phosphate pre-treatment followed by electrostatically applied and oven dried polyester powder paint, shade Dark Admiralty Grey (BS 4800 shade 18B25).
For corrosive environments enclosures can be fabricated from stainless steel, which will greatly extend the working life of the product. Please contact us for details.

Main Switch
Fitted with a 125A 4P Schneider switch disconnector.

Distribution
Fitted with a Schneider Isobar P 4 way TP&N pan assembly, which can accept PoN RCBOs and SP, DP, TP and 4P Acti 9 series MCBs. Also fitted with 2 x 72mm lengths of unequipped DIN rail (will accept a total of 8 x SP devices). All ways are blanked off.
